Why these aren't testimonials.

Anyone running a Element MD protocol can submit a report. We require four pieces of evidence before we publish — same standard for every submission, no exceptions for the flattering ones.

  • Baseline lab panel CMP, lipid, A1c, or relevant marker — drawn before week 1.
  • Photo with timestamp EXIF intact, taken within 7 days of submission.
  • Full dose log Every dose, every date. Gaps and missed doses included.
  • Side-effect disclosure What went wrong, even if it was minor. Especially if it was minor.
