Always reconstitute with bacteriostatic water.

Sterile water lasts 24 hours after opening; BAC water lasts up to 28 days at fridge temp. For multi-dose vials, BAC is the only correct choice.

U-100 insulin syringes only.

The unit markings assume a U-100 syringe (1 unit = 0.01 ml). Other syringes will give incorrect doses. Free 100-pack of 31g BD syringes ships with every order.

Titrate up — never start at target dose.

For GLP-1s in particular, week 1–4 should be 25-50% of your target. Most side effects come from skipping the ramp.
