Kestrel Spine & Sport Dr. Alicia Navarro, DC · Boise, ID

Your care plan, continued at home.

Dr. Navarro refers Kestrel patients to Element MD for prescription peptide therapy that supports the soft-tissue and recovery work you're already doing in the clinic. You complete an async visit online, a licensed clinician reviews it, and an accredited US pharmacy ships to your door.

Use the practice code below so your intake is flagged as a Kestrel referral. Dr. Navarro can see that you enrolled, not what you were prescribed.

— About this relationship

What Kestrel gets, and what it doesn't.

Element MD works with a small network of chiropractic practices whose patients already follow structured recovery plans. Dr. Navarro joined the network to give Kestrel patients a vetted path to prescription therapy instead of unregulated research-grade products bought online.

We publish these terms on every partner page so patients can see the arrangement in full.

Your clinician is independent Prescribing decisions are made by an Element MD clinician licensed in your state. The practice has no role in what is prescribed.
No per-prescription payment Kestrel receives a flat annual network fee for education and materials. Nothing changes based on what you order or how much.
Your records stay yours The practice sees enrollment counts only. Your intake, prescriptions, and orders are never shared without written authorization.
No obligation either way Declining the referral has no effect on your care at Kestrel. You can leave the network pricing at any time.
— Patient questions

Before you start.

Do I still see Dr. Navarro?

Yes. Element MD handles prescription therapy and delivery only. Adjustments, soft-tissue work, and your treatment plan stay at Kestrel. Most patients bring their Element MD dosing sheet to their next appointment.

What does the code actually do?

It tags your intake as a Kestrel referral, applies network pricing, and shows you the recovery formulary first instead of the full catalog. It does not change clinical review in any way.

What if I'm not approved?

You are not charged for a visit that does not result in a prescription. The clinician will explain why and, where relevant, what to discuss with your primary care provider.

Is this covered by insurance?

No. Compounded peptide therapy is cash-pay. Pricing is listed on every product page before you start an intake, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
