Refund policy

Due to state and federal regulations governing prescription medications, we cannot accept returns of any prescription products once they have been dispensed by the pharmacy. All sales of dispensed medications are final.

Order Cancellations & Refunds You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your prescription has been approved and processed by our partner pharmacy. Additionally, if our clinical team reviews your medical intake and determines that you are not a suitable candidate for the requested telehealth treatment, your order will be cancelled and you will automatically receive a full refund.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, compromised in transit (e.g., broken vials), or if you receive the wrong item.

To report a damaged or incorrect order, please email info@elementmd.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number or case ID

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and the shipping box

  • A photo of the prescription label

We will evaluate the issue immediately and coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy to expedite a replacement at no cost to you. Please do not attempt to mail the medication back to us unless explicitly instructed to do so by our support team.

Lost or Stalled Shipments If your tracking information has not updated in over 3 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@elementmd.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.
